When purchasing the BARRIETTA Gift Card, the buyer receives an e-mail with a PDF file to print and deliver personally to the addressee or, if you prefer, to send directly to his e-mail address.

We ship worldwide, however, we can only guarantee free shipping for deliveries made in Portugal.
Delivery times may be extended due to COVID-19 or festive seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas and New Year. Products sent to other countries have an additional cost of shipping.
Portugal shipping - 3,95 EUR or free over 30,00 EUR with CTT.
International shipping - 7,95 EUR or free over 59,00 EUR for tracked shipping.
Your order will be sent within 1 business day. If the customer acquires a product which has the status "Pending" on the website, it means that it is still to be produced, and the shipment may take longer than initially expected.
WARRANTY
WARRANTY
BARRIETTA STORE offers a guarantee of 1 (one) year on all its products from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage when it is self-inflicted or due to normal wear and tear, loss of the product, loss of stones or theft.The customer is obliged to check the products when they are delivered.
If it appears that the product delivered is not the product ordered, or that the product is unsuitable or incomplete, the customer must immediately notify BARRIETTA STORE by e-mail.
The goods must be returned to BARRIETTA STORE in the original packaging (including boxes and documentation).
If the buyer's complaints are accepted by BARRIETTA STORE, BARRIETTA STORE will give the customer the option to replace the delivered goods free of charge or to receive a refund.
The warranty does not apply if:
- Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals
- The buyer has treated or repaired the jewellery supplied by himself
- The jewellery supplied has been exposed to abnormal conditions or procedures contrary to BARRIETTA STORE's instructions
